We ship all orders using Royal Mail Tracked service and usually send them out within 1 - 2 working days of your purchase. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@silkandstonelondon.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us within 24-48 hours via email with a photo if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Earrings and jewellery sets that include earrings such as necklace sets and tikka sets, are non-returnable due to hygiene regulations.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in its original packaging, unworn or unused and with tags
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and is advised to use a tracked service
- We are not liable for any lost or missing items during the return process
- Only the cost of the item will be refunded, as shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days.
